We have helped UTS review and reshape its human research ethics arrangements to achieve robust, streamlined and transparent approaches and a positive user experience. Working collaboratively with the client: we have established clear roles and responsibilities, workflows and process maps, decision gateways and approval points, application forms; mentored HREC chairs, and run innovative and interactive annual professional development for ethics reviewers.
