This open access paper (published August 2020), is about researchers perceptions of research integrity at their institution. Really it is about the culture of an organisation. How it conducts itself and treats its staff/students. A serious effort to address research integrity problems in an institution must be approached as an effort focused on research culture, not on sanctions and enforcement.
